COVID-19 Update
Like everyone, we are closely monitoring the updates around the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Although for the time being our area is
mildly affected, we want to ensure everyone that we’re taking all the precautionary measures to avoid any risks.
Our priority during this time is the health and safety of our staff, clients and other contacts we do business with. We are strictly following all guidelines laid out by Queensland Health and the Australian Government including enforcing strict cleaning and personal hygiene practices at our offices.
Koolik & Associates Lawyers will be stopping any persons including staff and clients who are unwell into our offices, even if unrelated to COVID-19.
We understand the fear and uncertainty created during a disease outbreak can be very stressful. Mental health is a major priority to us both
inside and outside of our business and will be doing whatever we can to ensure that our people are looked after during this time.
As of Monday the 16th of March, we began taking virtual appointments including over Zoom, Skype, Google Meet or simply over the phone. By incorporating this flexible approach into the way we do business we can continue to provide our valued clients with the best service.
If you would like to know more about how a virtual appointment would work or need to discuss anything else with us please call us on (07) 3482 3333.
